My names is Oliver, I actually live in the United Kingdom, I am a person with many toys’ but when it came to creating my personal space all I had here were stores with the same products. Unfortunately there are no stores in the UK that were willing to make me a one of a kind Sectional. I asked around the best response I got was google it, so in tern I did, I found Idealsofa.com a site and store that offered what I could not find anywhere else, when I called to ask about pricing I quickly found out that they were on the other side of the world. Thinking my hopes were lost again I sadly told them were I was from. To my surprise Ideal Sofa was willing to design and ship the sectional. I immediately faxed them a design proposal ideal sofa accepted the design (no body here even tried) they kept me up to date, sending me emails with pictured of the process almost day to day. Ideal kept me informed by phone everyday and quickly finishing the task. On the day of completion ideal send me a final picture that I approved. When I got my sectional I was thrilled.
A year later I tore the leather I contacted Ideal with the sad news just to be friendly and keep in touch in case I needed anything else done. They told me that they are actually going   on a vacation to England and that they would stop by and re-upholster the section the was ripped. Wouldn’t you know it they were there the following week re-upholstered the sectional and took no extra money. Talk about fabulous service if I got service like this in the UK I would be a happy man. So to all the locals you guys are more then lucky.

My name is Todd and I have just gotten my antique sectional sofa redone by idea. I purchased the sofa from an antique auction it is a mid 40’s to early 50’s piece that has been in president Richard Milhous Nixon’s family for generations. It is a quite rare and expensive piece but did not fit in my study. Because of the craftsman-ship involved in making such a piece in the early 40’s I was skeptical any one would shorten the piece without compensating the value/ traditional way it was made. I had a look around the local antique shops in my area and they suggest I go to ideal (quote) “Ideal is one of the only stores in the GTA that will change a historic piece while still preserving the integrity and methods used to make such a piece.” Ideal redid my sofa using traditional woods and fabrics from the era required. Great deal and amazing job

My basement is very small and I have a hard time finding furniture that will fit and custom is usually very expensive so I decided to try and find something that would work. I went to a furniture store and purchased a 3 piece set everything fit except for the 3 person sofa. I paid a fortune for this set and still didn’t fit so I had no choice but to get it custom re-sized. I found Ideal on google and got a price quote it was extremely reasonable for the amount of work it takes ( furthermore I found out it would have been cheaper to get the entire set made custom with my leather and my design then it was to go buy it at a store, go figure. Well ill know for the future. The service was excellent it was quick painless and easy (especially on my wallet)

Ideal Sofa is one of the friendliest furniture stores I have ever been to, giving me deals after deals and great service, I personally hate when a sales man/women walks behind me breathing down my neck to buy something I felt at home and when I needed the help they were there to fully explain and answer all my questions.
